    Roll 2

Former Soccer International JACK GIBBONS ON CAMERA explains Merits - When I was explaining short corner & kick in - intended as cover for silent film

Gen. If attackers put ball line anywhere except in goal box it is kicked back by a defender from the point at which it went over instead of going to the goal for kicking out, thus saving time. If attacker puts ball over line in the goal area it is then kicked out from goal in the usual way. If defender puts ball over anywhere from goal to short corner it is then kicked in as short corner, if he puts ball over from short corner to full corner ball is kicked in as a full corner. over touch line there is no change.
