    THE UNITED STATES AMBASSADOR TO THE CONGO, AMERICAN AND BRITISH AIR ATTACHES, AND CONGOLESE CABINET MINISTERS HEADED BY DEPUTY PREMIER SENDWE WERE AMONG OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES WHO LISTENED TO AN ADDRESS OF THANKS TO THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT BY GENERAL MOBUTU.

    A DC-4, THREE DC-3S AND THREE DAKOTAS BOUGHT IN FRANCE BY THE CONGOLESE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WERE THEN INSPECTED BY PRESIDENT KASAVUBU AND HIS PARTY. THE AIRCRAFT WILL BE FLOWN BY CONGOLESE PILOTS TRAINED BY BELGIAN INSTRUCTORS.
