A framework agreement on the exchange of information, materials and equipment between Canada and 'Euratom' - The European Atomic Energy Community - was signed in Brussels, Belgium, Oct. 6, by President of Euratom Commission, M.E.Hirch, and Canadian Ambassador, Mr. S. P. Pierce,
A technical agreement has also been signed for the launching of joint research projects and development programmes on heavy water reactor systems.
