At the headquarters building of the Jordan Valley Commission on Wednesday (March 6) a five-man West German delegation arrived to discuss the financing of development projects with officials.

A lean of GPB6 million (14 million dollars) had already been granted by the West German government. The delegation was there to discuss which project would be financed with the German lean. Some of the Project listed for development in the Jordan Valley are am irrigation scheme at Al-Karamah, electric power for the valley, a telephone network and the building of agricultural centres.
