    SPEAKING AT THE CEREMONY, CHIEF MAJEKODUMI SAID THAT NIGERIA NOW HAD ONE DOCTOR TO EVERY 50,000 CITIZENS. HE SAID THAT THE MEDICAL SCHOOL, BEING BUILT AT A COST OF GBP3 MILLION, WOULD PRODUCE 150 DOCTORS AND 50 DENTISTS ANNUALLY FROM 1974.
