    A six-man advance party from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North), arrived in Kampala yesterday (Friday), to set up their first Embassy in Uganda.

    The group was headed by Charge d'Affairs Song Tae Ho, who gave a speech at Entebbe airport, in which he spoke of the fact that South Korea also had an Embassy in the Ugandan Capital. He Capital. He cited two other example of countries with Embassies from both North and South Korea - India and Egypt. And, he added, as far as his country was concerned, Korea was one country "divided by colonialists" ... and that he looked forward to the day when both would be united again. He also said that his country would do everything in its power to help President Amin and his people in their struggle against the remnants of Colonial and neo-Colonial rule.
