Field Training Detachments were here before the RF-4 arrives...beginning the transition training of former air crews and familiarizing maintenance personnel with the peculiarities of the advanced reconnaissance system.
These Air Training Command men will re-train about 400 10th Wing maintenance personnel in England and will keep pace with the delivery of RF-4s to the Wing.
