    THE CHINESE PRIME MINISTER, MR.CHOU EN-LAI, HAVING ENDED HIS THREE DAY OFFICIAL VISIT TO MOROCCO ON THE PREVIOUS DAY, SPENT LAST MONDAY ON A PRIVATE TOUR OF FACTORIES AROUND CASABLANCA.

    HE VISITED AN OIL REFINERY AND A LORRY FACTORY AND THEN WENT TO THE NATIONAL TEA AND SUGAR OFFICE STATE AGENCY.THIS PLANT, WHICH PACKAGES SOME 12,000 TONS OF GREEN TEA EVERY YEAR, WAS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST TO THE CHINESE LEADER SINCE 8,000 TONS OF THE TEA IS IMPORTED FROM CHINA.

    MR.CHOU AND HIS PARTY WATCHED THE FACTORY AT WORK AND WISHED IT EVERY SUCCESS IN THE FUTURE WITH A TOAST IN TEA.

    YESTERDAY (TUESDAY) HE LEFT FOR ALBANIA.

    (MOROCCO WAS THE THIRD STAGE IN THE CHINESE PRIME MINISTER'S TOUR OF AFRICA, EXPECTED TO LAST TWO MONTHS.AT THE END OF HIS VISIT TO MOROCCO A JOINT COMMUNIQUE WITH KING HASSAN WAS ISSUED EXPRESSING AN IDENTITY OF VIEWS ON WORLD QUESTIONS.IT SAID THE TWO COUNTRIES "WOULD WORK TIRELESSLY" FOR GENERAL DISARMAMENT, THE BANNING OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AND SUPPORT THE STRUGGLE OF AFRICAN AND ASIAN COUNTRIES FOR INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITY.

    (INCREASED TRADE BETWEEN CHINA AND MOROCCO WOULD SEEM LIKELY TO RESULT FROM THE VISIT.
