  • Description

After two whole days of standing by the Zea Bay pier (in the cold and under rain) only yesterday afternoon the US Navy kept its promise and allowed cameramen and photographers aboard the "Saratoga" Unfortunately, none was allowed to go down and film neither the damages, nor the injured people. The Navy people wanted just to show to the newsmen that everything is as normal as before the "accident". Nobody therefore knows whether it's serious or jest "negligible" damages as the commanding officer of the carrier, Captain Roger W. Melhe, explained to the Press.
