    In Saigon on Thursday (3 May), President Nguyen Van Thieu took time off from Government duties to visit an exhibition showing alleged communist atrocities since the January ceasefire.

    The exhibition showed photographs of burned-out villages and towns, with captions claiming that communist forces had violated the ceasefire on numerous occasions, civilians.

    A speech by the Commissioner General of State for information later denounced the communist attitude towards the ceasefire, accusing the PRG of deliberately undermining the Paris agreement.
