    THE 16 COMPETITORS IN THE FINALS REPRESENTED SEVEN COUNTRIES: ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, SWEDEN, NEW ZEALAND, SOVIET UNION, POLAND, AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA.
