VISNEWS filmed June 6 at Geneva as the East and West Foreign Ministers arrived for more "Little Summit" talks -- in private at Mr. Selwyn Lloyd's villa.
Little progress was again the outcome of the meetings but there was still optimism about reaching agreement on the Berlin question.
Most significant statement over the weekend came not from Geneva but Moscow. Said Mr. Khruschev on his return from Albania and Hungary: However pressed, the Soviet Union will not concede to an agreement perpetuating an occupation regime in West Berlin.
Already at the conference Russia has achieved the acceptance of East Germany as a "respectable" participant in the talks. More important is the fact that due to the build up, a summit conference is now inevitable.
The Foreign Ministers were to meet in private June 8 at Mr. Gromyko's villa. The conference, now in its fifth week, continues June 9 with another private session.
