TODAY HUNDREDS OF DISGRUNTLED MINERS, ANGERED AT THE SETTLEMENT, OCCUPIED THEIR UNION HEADQUARTERS AND LATER THEIR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES VOTED DOWN THE CONTRACT OVERWHELMING. THEIR VOTE WAS NOT BINDING BECAUSE UNION RXXX PRESIDENT ARNOLD MILLER WASN'T THERE BUT IT WAS INDICATIVE OF THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME.
