    Three West African leaders - President Ahmadou Ahidjo of Camerouns, President Hamani Diori of the Niger Republic, and M. Mamadou Dia, Prime Minister of Senegal - flew into Paris from Tunis Nov 16 after talks with President Bourguiba of Tunisia with M. Ferhat Abbas, leader of the "Algerian (F.L.N.) Provisional Government in exile."
    Their arrival came a s President de Gaulle announced he would consult the country by referendum on his idea for creating an "Algerian Algeria" until Algerians could decide their own future. The referendum is likely to be held in January.

    The three West African leaders are Moslems, and political commentators said they might well forward the cause of the widespread hope in France of negotiations between President de Gaulle and the Algerian nationalists.
