THE ACCUSATION WAS MADE AT THE UNITED NATIONS BY THE INDIAN EDUCATION MINISTER, MR C.M. CHAGLA, REPRESENTING HIS COUNTRY IN THE SECURITY COUNCIL.

    (THE ULTIMATUM, EXPIRING TOMORROW NIGHT (SUNDAY), DEMANDS INDIA TO DISMANTLE ALL MILITARY INSTALLATIONS ALONG THE FRONTIER BETWEEN SIKKIM AND THE CHINESE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC. AT THE SAME TIME, CHINA CONDEMNED INDIAN "INCURSIONS AND PROVOCATIONS" ALONG THE BORDER. IN REPLY, INDIA HAS WARNED THAT, IF ATTACKED, SHE WOULD FIGHT FOR HER FREEDOM WITH GRIM DETERMINATION.)
