Such air-born relief-service, owing to its extensiveness, has proved highly effective in conveying our fraternal feelings to suffering compatriots on the mainland. These balloons are capable carrying stuffs of more than 200 pounds. With the electronic equipment of settling height and distance, it can reach the various inner parts of southern, western and central China with the floating height of about seventy thousands to hundred thousands feet.
