    THE PROJECT, BACKED FINANCIALLY BY INDIA, IS TO WATER SOME 150,000 ACRES OF LAND IN SOUTHERN NEPAL AND BRING ELECTRIC POWER TO ECONOMICALLY STRENGTHEN A VAST AREA OF THE NEUTRALIST KINGDOM, SET BETWEEN INDIA AND TIBET. IT WILL TAKE THREE YEARS TO COMPLETE.
