    THE SENSATION OF THE CONGRESS WAS, HOWEVER, TERANCE HART, A 16-YEAR-OLD SCHOOLBOY, WHOSE PLAY WAS DESCRIBED BY THE FOREIGN MASTERS AS "BRILLIANT".
