    Princess Margrethe of Denmark, heir to the throne, at the start of a heavy calendar of public engagements, opened the ten-day Danish Food Fair at Aalborg, Jutland, June 3. The opening and her inspection of the Fair was her first public engagement. The Princess is 20. The Fair is the first of its kind in a country with the largest export of milk, butter and cheese in the world.

    The Fair's theme: Business with a great deal of pleasure. Every leading Danish food producer is exhibiting produce - ranging from caviar to cattle. The Fair, to become an annual event, has its major aim to promote Danish food. Among the visitors expected: nationals from the Common Market and European Free Trade countries.

    After touring the Fair, the Princess returned to Copenhagen to fly to the U.S.A. and Canada for a four-day visit. With her went two other young unmarried Scandinavian princesses: Astrid, official hostess at the court of Oslo and Margarethe, eldest daughter of the royal house of Sweden.
