    THE MISSION, WHICH WAS ATTEMPTING TO MEDIATE IN THE DISPUTE BETWEEN GHANA AND GUINEA, CONSISTED OF MR. JUSTIN BOMBOKO, CONGO-KINSHASA FOREIGN MINISTER; MR. JOSEPH MURUMBI, VICE-PRESIDENT OF KENYA, AND MR. JOHN NELSON WILLIAMS, MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING OF SIERRA LEONE.

    CONAKRY RADIO SAID THAT THE GHANAIANS CARRIED PLACARDS SUPPORTING DEPOSED PRESIDENT KWAME NKRUMAH, AND DECLARED THAT THEY WERE AT HOME IN GUINEA AND AT LIBERTY, "CONTRARY TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF THE TRAITORS IN ACCRA".

    AN OFFICIAL GUINEAN DELEGATION, HEADED BY ARMY MINISTER DIALLO LANSANA, ALSO MET THE O.A.U. MISSION AT THE AIRPORT, THE RADIO SAID.

    RADIO CONAKRY SAID A PETITION DRAWN UP BY GHANAIANS LIVING IN GUINEA WAS HANDED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE MISSION - BUT THE RADIO DID NOT DISCLOSE THE CONTENTS OF THE PETITION.
