    THE BRITISH MINISTER OF DEFENCE FOR THE NAVY, MR. CHRISTOPHER MAYHEW, YESTERDAY (FRIDAY), VISITED THE HMS LONDON - ONE OF SEVERAL BRITISH NAVAL SHIPS BASED IN SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA. HMS LONDON IS A 6,000-TON GUIDED MISSILE DESTROYER. MR. MAYHEW HAD A GLIMPSE OF HOW THE BRITISH ARMADA CARRIED OUT PATROLS IN MALAYSIAN WATER AGAINST INDONESIAN INFILTRATORS.

    MR. MAYHEW WHO WAS EARLIER IS KUALA LUMPUR, WHERE HE DISCUSSED BRITISH AND MALAYSIAN CO-OPERATION AGAINST INDONESIAN CONFRONTATION, WAS MET ABOARD HMS LONDON BY CAPTAIN JOSEF BARTOSIK.
