Italy, the German Federal Republic, Belgium, Holland and luxembourg -- net in Brussels today under the chairmanship of signor Emilio Colombo, Italian Foreign Trade Minister.
Details of what was discussed or accomplished by the meeting are expected to be given by communique in due course. It was reported that the agenda included discussions on the now Outer Seven Free Trade Association, on Greece's application for admission as a seventh member of the Common Market, and on possible centres for the proposed university of Europe and for the headquarters of the "institutions europeans". In relation the last matter, it is understood, the meeting received a delegation from the Assembly of the Council of Europe led by the president of that Assembly, M. Robert Schunan.
It is also reported that the meeting elected Signor Malvestiti, Italy to be president of the High Authority of the European Coal and steel Community, in succession to M. Finet, Belgium.
