DEKU, THE NATIONAL LIBERATION COUNCIL'S COMMISSIONER FOR YOUTH AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS.

MR. DEKU SAID THE VALUE OF RELICS, MONUMENTS AND HISTORICAL LANDMARKS CANNOT BE MEASURED IN TERMS OF MONEY BUT IN TERMS OF WHAT THEY REPRESENT AND THE CHALLENGE THEY POSE TO THE PRESENT AGE.
