Background: There's been a change in the cast of the man-fights-shark contest in Samoa next year. The original professional diver, Mr. Ben Cropp, from Queensland, has withdrawn because of a perforated ear drum, and his place is being taken by Mr. Wally Gibbins, of New South Wales. Mr. Gibbins has been guaranteed one-million-dollars by the promoters if he kills the shark. Today he was asked by an A.B.C. reporter, Tony O'Ferrall, how he was going to set about it.
