    GENERAL PARK AND MEMBERS OF HIS GOVERNMENT ATTENDED A MASS RALLY AT SEOUL SPORTS STADIUM. IN A COMMEMORATIVE ADDRESS, GENERAL PARK PROMISED FREE ELECTIONS IN KOREA WITHIN A YEAR TO RESTORE A CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT.

    THE STADIUM CEREMONY WAS FOLLOWED BY A PARADE OF ARMED FORCES CADETS THROUGH THE CAPITAL, WATCHED BY BIG CROWDS.
