    PRESIDENT NASSER WAS AT THE AIRPORT TO GREET THE HEADS OF STATE AND OTHER LEADERS ARRIVING FOR THE TALKS.

    AMONG THE FIRST TO LAND WERE MR KENNETH KAUNDA, PRIME MINISTER OF ZAMBIA, M. FRANCOIS TOMBALBAYE, PRESIDENT OF THE CHAD REPUBLIC, AND M. GEORGE DAMAS PRESIDENT OF THE IVORY COAST NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, DEPUTISING FOR PRESIDENT FELIX HOUPHOUET-BOIGNY.

    PRESIDENT ABBOUD OF THE SUDAN ALSO ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT THIS MORNING CAIRO RADIO REPORTED.

    TODAY (WEDNESDAY) THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE ORGANISATION OF AFRICAN UNITY RESUMED ITS CLOSED MEETINGS TO PREPARE THE HEAVY AGENDA WHICH AFRICAN STATESMEN WILL TACKLE AT THE "SUMMIT".
