    Daniel Ellsberg and Anthony Russo, the key figures in the Pentagon Papers case, were arraigned in Los Angeles today on charges of violating the espionage act. The charges stem from new indictments handed down by a federal grand jury here last week. Ellsberg has admitted turning over copies of the pentagon study on Vietnam to the newspapers. He's accused of 11 violations of the espionage act, and conspiracy. Channel 4 reporter Warren Wilson has more on the story.
