    SEPPUKU, A JAPANESE STORY OF HARA-KIRI, SAMURAIS, AND SOCIAL INJUSTICE, WAS NAMED AS SECOND-BEST FILM WHILE CZECHOSLOVAKIA'S "THAT CAT" A CHARMING FANTASY WITH POLITICAL OVERTONES, WON A SPECIAL THIRD PRIZE.
