This time no records were broken but Hary covered the distance in 10.4 seconds - the record for but the course at the Dante Stadium is 10.3 secs by Eduard Feneberg.

    European champion Hary ran the 100 metres in Zurich, June 21, in just 10 seconds and became the fastest man in the world. The 23-year-old German had already been timed in one heat at 9.9 secs., but he was said to have made a false start and the race was run again.
