Background: Moroccan Prime Minister, Abdulla Ibrahim, on an official visit to Egypt, was filmed June 23 by VISNEWS in Cairo with Dr. Mahmoud Fawzi, Foreign Minister of the United Arab Republic, signing an economic agreement between Morocco and the UAR.

During his visit, Premier Ibrahim had several meetings with Dr. Fawzi to discuss inter-Arab relations and problems of Palestine and Algeria. His talks with Dr. Kaissouny, Minister of Economy, and Abdel Khalek Hassouna, Secretary-General of the Arah League, covered a review of economic relations between the UAR and Morocco and the League's intervention in the quarrel between Cairo and Baghdad,
Agreement was reached between Premier Ibrahim and the UAR that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency should continue its work in maintaining Arab refugees and that Palestine Arabs should be repatriated to their homes in Israel.

More important were talks on the forthcoming meeting between Morocco's King Mohammed and General de Gaulle of France, and the possibility of improving relations between the UAR and Tunisia.
