Background: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al Sabah and Turkish Foreign Minister Huluk Bayulken on Tuesday (26 June) ended their talks in Ankara, Turkey with a 90-minute session at the Foreign Ministry.
The talks began on Monday (25 June) after the Sheikh's arrival on four-day officials visit centred on bilateral relations including the building u of commercial ties between the two countries.
Several receptions and visits to places of historic interest were on the itinerary for the visiting statesman.
The Sheikh, speaking at a banquet in his honour on Monday night, praised Turkey's stand over the Middle East situation, particularly in regard to the status of Jerusalem. He told the distinguished gathering that Kuwait and all Arab State were following Turkey's position on Palestine with satisfaction.
On Turkish-Kuwait relations, the Sheikh said he was pleased to see that the traditional ties between Turkey and the Arab States were developing in good spirit.
