LONDON: Handout dope that came with film enclosed. This shows Prime Minister of Western Samoa - - the first independent Polynesian Nation - - announcing that his nation will get Peace Corps volunteers this fall. This is, admittedly, marginal film. But I thought perhaps some of our ASIAN CUSTOMERS unserviced from here might be interested in it. You can always throw it away, as NBC would have done here had I not grabbed it.
