Many countries have announced they required vaccination certificates from travellers coming from Italy.

    SYNOPSIS: Health precautions at Rome's Eiumicino Airport have been stepped up to meet the demands of exiting travellers for anti. cholera vaccinations. As Italy's cholera outbreak spreads - it has already killed 14 people; one of them in Rome - many countries have announced that they require vaccination certificates from all passengers coming from Italy. Hundreds of people queued at the recently set-up vaccination centre in the airport on Monday as the dread disease spread from Italy and into Sardinia and West Germany.

    In Rome on Monday, the Health Minister ordered one million six hundred thousand doses of vaccine form London, England and the population has been called on to be scrupulous in their personal hygiene.
