    ASKED AT A LONDON PRESS CONFERENCE WHETHER THE LONG-HAIRED BEAT GROUP - RECENTLY HONOURED AS MEMBERS OF THE ORDER OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE - WERE THE TYPE OF POPULAR OR FOLK ARTISTS SUITABLE FOR EXCHANGE VISITS, MADAME FURTSEVA SAID: "WE ARE WILLING TO DISCUSS EVERY SUGGESTION."
