    SINCE THE MONGOLFIER BROTHERS NAME THE 1ST HOT AIR BALLOON IN FRANCE IN 1783 AND PUT IN PILATE DE ROSIER AND THE MARQUIS D'ARLANDES ALOFT INSIDE MARK HAS ATTEMPTED TO IMPROVE THE ENDURANCE. THE PRESET RECORD 4 HRS. 52 MINS WAS SET UP IN 1957 BY A CANADIAN OVER THE IRISH SEA. GAS FROM PROPANE CYLINDER WARMED TOYS BALLOON ENVELOPE OF THE HOT AIR FILLED THE BALLOON CAUSING IT TO RISE. CAMERON & YARRY WERE OUT OF LUCK & THEY WERE ONLY DRAGGED ALONG THE GROUND. THE REASON FOR THE FAILURE WAS SAID TO BE TOO MUCH WIND.
