    Prince Sihanouk, the deposed Cambodian Head of State, continued his visit to North Vietnam with a tour of the Hanoi Engineering College last week.

    The former Cambodian leader, who is in Hanoi for talks with Government leaders, arrived at the college accompanied by North Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Vang Dong. Also in the official party was M. Bennut, Prime Minister of the Cambodian Government-in-Exile.

    At the engineering college Prince Sihanouk was shown students carrying out experiments to develop modern engineering techniques.

    Speaking to a gathering of students and officials the Prince condemned the United States for its military action in Cambodia. He said the action violated the Geneva Convention and was a breach of International Law. Prime Minister Pham Vang Dong translated the speech from French for the Vietnamese audience. Prince Sihanouk also announced an agreement between the Cambodian Government in exile and North Vietnam to continue the fight against what was described as "United States Imperialism."
