    THE DELEGATES WERE ATTENDING A WORKING SESSION OF THE CONGOLESE ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN BUSINESS EXECUTIVES, WHO WERE TAKING PART IN THE WORLD CONGRESS OF UNIAPAC, THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF LEADING CHRISTIAN ENTERPRISES.

    THE AFRO-MALAGASY STATES ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMMON MARKET HAD EARLIER PROPOSED TERMS WHICH THEY CONSIDERED FAVOURABLE FOR THE AFRICAN MEMBER NATIONS.

    A TOTAL OF 25,000 INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN ENTERPRISES WERE REPRESENTED AT THE CONGRESS INCLUDING THE LEADERS OF CONGO-KINSHASA'S MOST IMPORTANT INDUSTRIES, AMONG ITS DELEGATION.
