YUGOSLAVIA SOON WENT INTO ATTACK AND HAD AUSTRALIA'S DEFENCE UNDER PRESSURE. Z. HEBEL SCORED THE OPENING GOAL FOR THE YUGOSLAVS.

AUSTRALIA HAD THEIR SHARE OF THE ATTACK BUT THEY BROKE DOWN BADLY WHEN SHOOTING FOR GOALS.

YUGOSLAVIA FURTHER ASSERTED THEIR SUPERIORITY BY RUNNING AWAY TO A 4 - 1 WITH THE AUSTRALIANS STILL IN DOUBT AS TO THEIR PROSPECTS OF COMPETING IN THE GAMES TOURNAMENT WITH OFFICIAL OLYMPIC APPROVAL.
