    FOUR POLICE OFFICERS ESCORTED ROCKWELL FROM THE PRESS CONFERENCE - IN CASE OF HOSTILE INCIDENTS AGAINST HIM.

    ROCKWELL, 44, WAS ARRESTED IN LONDON AUG 8 AND DEPORTED NEXT DAY ON A HOME OFFICER ORDER. FROM BOSTON, ROCKWELL WENT TO WASHINGTON - THERE HE CALLED HIS U.K. TRIP A ROUSING SUCCESS.
