    The British Council of Churches, meeting in Swan sea yesterday (Tuesday) discussed the world Council of Churches decision to give money to guerrilla groups in Southern Africa.

    The annual conference is also due to consider a controversial report, which states that the injustices of apartheid cannot be removed by constitutional means and that unconstitutional action is the only course left open. It suggests that Western Christians are being hypocritical if they claim Britain was right to use force in two world wars -- but deny the same right to Africans. Among top level British clerics at the meeting is the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Ramsey.
