Background: The Jordanian Air Forces, re-equipped after the set-back it suffered during the June 1967 Arab war with Israel, showed its strength in a rare public display on Friday (February 11). Among the aircraft -- shown formation-flying in this film -- were four British-built Hawker Hunter jet fighter, and a U.S.-built F.104 Starfighter.

SYNOPSIS: Jordan...and its re-equipped Air Force showed off its new strength in a rare public display on Friday. Among the aircraft were four British-built Hawker Hunter jet fighters, some of the new equipment obtained by the Jordanian Government after its Air Force effort a set-back during the June 1967 Arab-Israeli war.

Another strike aircraft which took part in the display was a United States-built F104 Starfighter, which took to the air in a dramatic display of manoeuvres shortly before the four Hawker Hunters landed.
