    SHE FIST DROPPED ANCHOR OFF GREEN ISLAND AND THEN PROCEEDED TO THE CALTEX PIER IN TSUN WAN WHERE SHE DISCHARGED THE WATER.

    MEANWHILE, THE HONGKONG GOVERNMENT IS PLANNING TO SENT TEN 18,000-TON TANKERS UP THE RIVER TO COLLECT BETWEEN 12 TO 15 MILLION GALLONS OF WATER A DAY. SO FAR, NINE TANKERS ARE ON THE JOB OF BRINGING WATER TO THE COLONY.
