THE GROUP OF ABOUT 50 WERE BARRED FROM ENTERING WEST GERMANY ON FRIDAY TO TAKE PART IN EASTER BAN-THE-BOMB DEMONSTRATIONS.

    SINCE THEN, THE DEMONSTRATORS HAVE PREVENTED THE PLANE FROM LEAVING BY REFUSING TO FASTEN THEIR SAFETY BELTS - A COMPULSORY PRECAUTION AT TAKE-OFF.

    GERMANY ANTI-NUCLEAR SUPPORTERS YESTERDAY (SATURDAY) TOOK FOOD AND DRINK TO THE BRITISH GROUP WHILE THE BRITISH CONSUL-GENERAL TRIED TO PERSUADE THEM TO FLY HOME.
