    Background: The Greek National Union of Students organized, a big march towards the Parliament and the Unknown Warrior's Tomb today, marking so the fifth anniversary of the bloody Polytechnic School uprising against the Military regime of Papadopoulos in November 1973. Tens of thousands of students, including communists but no extreme-right National Party members, as well as government representatives, MPs and a crowd of Athenians took part in the march which was the climax of a three-day observances for the sad event. Inspite the fact any-how that the Students' Union assured that the March would be purely commemorative, various political and anti-west slogans and placards appeared in the march. Wreaths were laid at the Polytechnic School and the Warriors's Tomb.
