    The Prime Minister-designate of Zimbabwe Rhodesia, Bishop Abel Muzorewa, has announced his coalition cabinet of 17 members. Five of the ministers are whites. Of the 12 black ministers, all but two are members of Bishop Muzorewa's United African National Council. The bishop defence.     SYNOPSIS: Bishop Muzorewa announced his new cabinet in a ceremony outside the Prime Minister's office in Salisbury. No members of the Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole's Zimbabwe African National Union (ZANU) are among the new ministers.

    The new cabinet takes charges of the country on Friday (1 June) when Zimbabwe Rhodesia comes officially into being under black majority rule
