TODAY, AS WORKMEN CONTINUED CLEARING UP, THOUSANDS OF RUSH-HOUR TRAVELLERS CATCHING BUS CONNECTIONS FROM VICTORIA STATION WERE DELAYED AS TRAFFIC WAS DIVERTED THROUGH TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SYSTEMS.
