    Background: A Libyan Trade Delegation of 14 members arrived at Luqa Airport, Malta, on Thursday evening (27 January) to begin several rounds of discussions with leading Maltese trade and commercial officials. The visit follows an announcement from Tripoli, earlier in the week, that the Libyan Government was now prepared to release money for investment in Malta, and to offer "priority facilities" to Maltese workers going to Libya.
