    HE ALSO HAD A SEPARATE THREE-HOUR MEETING WITH MR. HARRY NKUMBULA, LEADER OF THE AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS, WHICH HOLDS THE BALANCE BETWEEN THE UNITED NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE PARTY AND THE UNITED FEDERAL PARTY.

    AFTER HIS MEETINGS, MR. TSHOMBE LEFT TO RETURN TO ELIZABETHVILLE, CAPITAL OF KATANGA.
