    Background: PM Menachem Begin dedicates a park on the seafront between Jaffa and Tel Aviv in Memory of the soldiers of the Irgun Zva Ha Leumi IZL, who died in the battle of Jaffa in 1948. Park is named after Amichai Paglin the commander (Begin's deceased conter terror advisor) of the Jaffa battle. He died thirty days ago in a car accident.
