    The Hungarian Foreign Minister, Mr. Frigyes Puja, has told Congolese leaders that his country desires the 'total liberation of Africa'. Mr. Puja was speaking in the Congolese capital, Brazzaville, during his recent visit to the continent.

    SYNOPSIS: Congolese Prime Minister, Colonel Louis Sylvain Goma, welcomed the Hungarian Foreign Minister, Frigyes Puja, in what has been described as 'a cementing of ties' between the two countries. It is also seen as a continuing move by the European nation to pursue its own policies in Africa. Hungary is viewed as one of the more liberated countries in the Soviet- dominated Eastern European block.

    Talks at the Foreign Ministry building were said to concentrate on questions of bilateral relations. It's understood the discussions were cordial. Mr. Puja told officials that Hungary looked forward to the total liberation of Africa. He later left for more talks in Angola.
